Sergeant Ronald Hite serves as the Uniform Services Commander managing all the departmental operational resources.
In addition to his 15 plus years of services as a member of the law enforcement community, he also serves as a volunteer firefighter.
JAMES “PHIL” MORGAN
Officer Phil Morgan joined Crewe Police Department on January 2, 2019, where he serves as a Police Officer with collateral duties as the Intergovernmental and Compliance officer with oversight the Town’s Ordinance Enforcement functions.
Officer Morgan grew up in Hampton Virginia, graduating Hampton High School in 1987. He

He was hired by the Crewe Police Department as a Police Officer in March of 1998, where he served until December 2001.
